Based out of the performance hall located at the Oil Tank Culture Park in Mapo, Seoul. Go around the concrete seats in the hall in an anti-clockwise direction. The ground surface is made from ridged pavers making it rough for RC but it is still suitable for buggies and trucks. The park was a petroleum reserve silo built circa 1976-1978 after the 1973 oil crisis. Then, it was considered a top security facility by the Korean government, making its identity and location classified. The second tank, designated T2 has now been transformed into the performance hall.
