The track is mixed between paved walkways and gravel paths and involves crossing a few small bridges at the stream. This entire riverfront hosts the Belle Isle Park, Aretha Franklin Amphitheater, GM Plaza, Hart Plaza, River Place, William G. Milliken State Park and the River Walk.
